Charge Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN, provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor conditions, document accurately, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the care team. Supervise and support CNAs, ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
