Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse delivers direct patient care in a long-term care setting as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting changes to the care team, providing direct nursing care in accordance with care plans, supervising and supporting CNAs, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
