Job Summary
Provide high-quality clinical care as an LPN in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, provide direct nursing care per care plans, supervise CNAs, maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team. Collaborate with RNs and an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.
Required Qualifications
