Charge Nurse (LPN)

As a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver high-quality clinical care in a long-term care setting, administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents, and ensuring care plans are followed. You will supervise and support CNAs, maintain accurate documentation, communicate with residents and families, and uphold clinical policies and regulatory standards. Requires a valid LPN license in Georgia (or eligible) and strong teamwork, clinical judgment, and compassionate care.
