Job Summary
Direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, Birth Center, and NICU units utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Adhere to AWHONN and AACN standards, including RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN certifications, to guide individualized specialty education. Full-time, 72-hour biweekly night shift. $40.86–$63.33/hour based on experience. Requires BSN within three years of hire, active RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Onsite role only.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
