Job Summary

Coordinate daily nursing operations while supervising and mentoring clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery across the unit. Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support care planning, patient monitoring, and timely clinical decision-making. Assess patient needs and staffing priorities to maintain effective workflow and compliance with established nursing standards. Promote clear communication among care teams, patients, and families. This Charge Nurse opportunity in Iraq supports multidisciplinary healthcare teams, requiring a Master's or Bachelor's in Nursing, active RN license, and MRPT security clearance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
  • Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • 5+ years of nursing experience
  • Recent clinical practice within the past year
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Valid passport
  • Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance
  • Ability to meet pre-deployment physical requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience
  • Prior experience supporting military, government, or international healthcare environments
