Charge Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - Night

Charge Nurse leads ICU daily operations and delivers direct patient care as an experienced practitioner on a full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends and holidays. Coordinates with the Administrative Coordinator on patient placement, supports a 10-bed ICU caring for critically ill medical and surgical patients including post-arrest temperature management, STEMI with potential IABP/PA catheters/pacemakers, mechanical ventilation, vasoactive infusions, and other complex care needs; emphasizes teamwork and a positive work environment while ensuring high-quality critical care.
