Charge Nurse ICU

Oversee department operations and advocate for nurses by identifying and addressing unique needs of patients, staff, and the unit. Drive clinical excellence by mentoring others in competency, documentation, equipment use, and National Patient Safety Goals while coaching to improve care. Provide direct patient care as appropriate, prepare work schedules, assign personnel, and coordinate patient flow to facilitate timely and effective care. Demonstrate appropriate prioritization and critical thinking skills in critical situations. Requires two years of RN experience, AZ license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
