Charge Nurse (Evening)

Oversee nursing staff and daily operations during evening shifts, administering medications and treatments per physician orders while monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes. Ensure accurate documentation in patient records, support new staff training and mentoring, and respond to emergency situations and incidents. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to patient care planning, providing compassionate and individualized care aligned with clinical protocols. Current RN licensure in good standing required with 2+ years of experience preferred.
