Charge Nurse (Day or NOC) RN/LVN

Conduct daily nursing functions, admit, transfer, and discharge residents while managing staff assignments, mentoring personnel, and coordinating shift and resident assignments. Administer medications and treatments according to policy, carry out physician orders, and ensure compliance with the MDS process and Point Click Care protocols. Manage nursing personnel to limit overtime, lead unit huddles, and communicate effectively between shifts and with other departments. Investigate resident complaints and incidents, report adverse events, and assume administrative responsibilities for weekend and holiday coverage as requested. Works 7 PM to 7 AM shifts in Lovington, NM with a $2000 sign-on bonus, health benefits, and PTO.
