Job Summary
Ensure residents receive medications and treatments as prescribed by their physician. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Effectively interact with residents with dementia and participate in resident activities to create memorable experiences. Maintain an organized workflow while multitasking and prioritizing tasks. Requires a current active state license as an LPN/RN, CPR and First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time schedule includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with weekend availability; doubles welcome. Starting pay ranges from $20 to $30 hourly based on experience with shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Current active state license as LPN/RN
- Valid LPN/RN license from an accredited program
- Valid DL
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Physical within a year
- Comfortable providing above average patient service
- Physically able to stand and walk for periods of time
- Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
- Must be okay with working weekends
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year experience in long term care preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus
- CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
