Job Summary
Ensure residents receive medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Effectively interact with residents with dementia and participate in resident activities to create memorable experiences. Maintain a valid LPN/RN license and pass a criminal background check. Work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with weekend availability; full-time positions require doubles. Starting pay ranges from the high 20s to 50s hourly with shift differentials. Join the DaMar Team in the Indianapolis Metro area to support independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current active state license as LPN/RN
- Valid LPN/RN license from an accredited program
- Valid DL
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Physical within a year
- Comfortable providing above average patient service
- Physically able to stand and walk for periods of time
- Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
- Must be okay with working weekends
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year experience in long term care preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus
- CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
