Job Summary
Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and manage operational issues during the shift. Provide clinical care as needed when census demands arise and communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to appropriate leaders. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff. Requires one year of hospital nursing experience, a current Georgia RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time night shift position at Piedmont Fayette Hospital with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from a nursing program
- One (1) Year of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
