Job Summary
Charge Nurse in 5W Acute Care Medicine (Night shift) at Wellstar Health System. Oversees patient care delivery, coordinates care plans, mentors staff, engages in performance improvement and shared governance, ensures professional licensure and certifications are current, and supports patient- and family-centered care. Leads nursing teams, supports education and development, maintains documentation, and upholds confidentiality and safety policies while fostering a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing or Masters Nursing
- BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
