Job Summary
Charge Nurse position in 5W Acute Care Medicine at Wellstar, based in Evans, GA, supervising and coordinating patient care within the patient care team during night shifts. Responsibilities include patient assessment and planning, care delivery and documentation, patient advocacy and communication with families and providers, involvement in performance improvement, maintaining licensure and certifications, and mentoring/leading other nurses while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Requires active RN licensure (US) with BLS and ability to fulfill required nursing certifications; education path includes Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing.
Required Qualifications
