Charge Nurse (2-10)(10-6) and Double Weekend (71440)

Charge Nurse responsible for coordinating nursing care for residents, conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you, assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services, supervising and developing team members, examining residents and charts to identify abnormal findings, and performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. Collaborates with physicians to evaluate residents, supports resident care growth, and contributes to a positive team environment under the guidance of a DON and ADON.
