Job Summary
Charge Licensed Practical Nurse leading Wellness Center operations with oversight of LPNs/clinic staff; provide occupational health care, triage and first aid, and coordinate with Regional Nurse Manager on procedures, documentation, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance. Responsibilities include supervising clinic staff, managing worker’s comp case processes, scheduling, vaccination administration, health screenings, incident investigations, and ensuring clinic readiness and regulatory compliance; on-call availability after wellness center hours; participate in safety meetings and contribute to program KPIs (clinic utilization, budget, etc.). Requires active LPN license in state of practice, 5-6 years in related settings, strong communication, leadership experience, and ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in state of practice
- Minimum Education: approved practical nursing program or associate degree in related field
- 5 - 6 years related work experience (occupational health, ER, urgent care, or industrial setting preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership or charge nurse experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- All healthcare staff must adhere to immunization policy; provide proof of training/certification/license
