Job Summary
The role involves planning and coordinating learning needs for JASS, developing and implementing a learning strategy, and preparing various reporting activities. Key responsibilities include conducting field missions to document lessons learned and best practices, preparing presentations, drafting newsletters, and contributing to internal and external communication. Essential qualifications include a relevant degree, 3 years of experience in learning and reporting, excellent writing and communication skills, and proficiency in collaborative software. A strong commitment to gender equality and professional conduct is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac + 4), master's or equivalent in Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in learning and reporting

- Experience in program design and development
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of programs
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in basic software including Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Familiarity with collaborative work platforms such as Google Drive and SharePoint
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of English is a plus and mastery of a local language is essential
