Chargé(e) Excellence Opérationnelle Conditionnement – Alternance – H/F

Engage as an Alternance (apprenticeship) in Operational Excellence on the packaging line. You will deploy and standardize settings on the new packaging line and on existing Line 3, drive line cleanliness, lubrication, and inspection routines, optimize consumable change times via SMED, monitor line performance, analyze frequent stoppages with AMDEC-style follow-up, streamline in/out flows with the warehouse, and support deployment of standards across the workshop. You will collaborate with quality, warehouse, and maintenance, propose actionable improvements, and coach operators toward greater autonomy, while interfacing with managers to secure sustainability of the improvements. A telework option is available after initial integration, with potential one-day-per-week remote work after one month and two days after four months, on site in Aignan, Gers (France).
