Job Summary
Conduct investor relations and drive commercial development for Tokimo's crowdfunding platform by transforming new sign-ups into committed investors through calls, emails, and personalized guidance. Manage daily inquiries and support projects from creation to subscription campaigns, including drafting bulletins and configuring automated workflows. Animate the investor community by publishing updates, managing the chatbot, organizing events, and cultivating partnerships with wealth advisors. Serve as the primary face of the company to build trust and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- Étudiant(e) en école de commerce ou en gestion de patrimoine (Bac+3 à Bac+5)
- Autonome, dynamique et passionné(e) par l'investissement et la finance
- À l'aise au téléphone
- Excellentes qualités de communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Curieux(se), force de proposition et orienté(e) résultats
Desired Qualifications
- Une appétence pour les outils digitaux est un plus (CRM, mailing, back-office)
