Chargé.e de relations entreprises H/F

Identify and prospect new enterprises, including startups and large accounts, to recruit alternants and present our training offers. Analyze client hiring needs to align them with pre-selected candidate profiles, select top profiles, and organize interviews or job datings. Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to contract signing, maintaining regular contact with both candidates and partners. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure profile quality and track key metrics such as matching rates and contractualization timelines. Report results to management and actively contribute to continuous process improvement.
