Draft and distribute job postings across multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and school forums. Conduct phone pre-qualifications and HR interviews, then organize onboarding sessions for new hires. Manage administrative recruitment tasks such as preparing proposals and contracts while coordinating with commercial and technical teams. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects in France, including mentoring initiatives and tool improvements. Track first-level HR follow-up for new arrivals and continuously refine recruitment processes. This role supports talent identification and integration within a dynamic IT environment, requiring strong interpersonal skills and autonomy.
