Job Summary
Conduct recruitment for teachers across the Île-de-France region by drafting job postings, sourcing candidates on jobboards, and managing phone screenings and individual interviews autonomously. Coordinate administrative integration for new hires, communicate with recruitment agencies to define staffing needs, and develop partnerships with schools and universities. Organize and participate in career fairs, forums, and job datings to attract talent. This 35-hour weekly role runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 at the Clichy headquarters. The position is an apprenticeship (alternance) starting in September, offering a ticket restaurant, health insurance, and 50% transport coverage.
