Contribute to bid response processes for waste treatment projects by assisting project leads with technical and administrative dossiers. Collect and analyze financial and technical data to support simple costings and draft technical memoranda. Prepare deliverables in collaboration with support services, track project schedules, and maintain bid databases. Attend meetings with support services and territorial teams while staying updated on regulatory evolutions for tender specifications. Ensure documentation follow-up for ongoing projects. Requires Bac +3 minimum, 1–3 years of experience in engineering studies, and proficiency with Google Suite. Based in Lezennes (59) within Veolia's Direction of Industrial Units.
