Job Summary
Agile Project Manager at Mirego responsible for guiding the delivery of digital projects through an iterative, collaborative approach. You support the team to achieve goals, communicate progress to the client and organization, help develop and follow the delivery plan, monitor budget usage, and foster a healthy team dynamic. You facilitate delivery activities, support estimation and best practices, ensure deliverables meet quality standards by identifying risks, and contribute to evolving Mirego's Agile project management practice. Fluency in English and French is required, and you will work with clients across languages. You actively apply AI tools to optimize team performance and project outcomes, and you demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while respecting budget, timeline, and scope.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital project management (delivery of multiple projects)
- Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- Ability to adapt approach to different projects
- Comfort addressing budget-related issues with clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize work
- Natural leadership, unifying spirit, and excellent communication skills
