Manage subscription administration including billing, collection, and contract compliance while driving retention and acquisition for the new Pharmaceutiques title. Pilot subscription metrics, oversee renewals and upsell/cross-sell offers, and resolve online payment anomalies and NPAI complaints. Segment audiences for email and newsletter campaigns, maintain CRM data quality, and update legal templates and commercial documentation. Coordinate with sales teams to optimize loyalty initiatives and monitor site orders, while contributing to digital site evolution and competitive benchmarking. Report monthly KPIs on new subscribers, churn, and renewal rates to support the title's digital transformation.
