Job Summary
Lead large-scale, complex IT projects involving significant monetary scope, political stakes, and multiple stakeholders, requiring strategic delivery of high-impact outputs. Manage initiatives exceeding 500 person-days with a minimum 100-day personal contribution, ensuring alignment with organizational mandates comparable to the Ministry. Execute project activities typically performed by intermediate project managers but at an advanced level of complexity and strategic envergure. Maintain fluency in both written and spoken French throughout all project communications and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a project manager
- at least 5 years of experience in the field of computer development
- 2 projects in computer science of more than 500 person-days each, with a minimum contribution of 100 days per project, realized in the last 5 years as a project manager
- at least 1 project of more than 500 person-days in an organization comparable to the Ministry, realized in the last 5 years
- mastery of the French language, both written and spoken
