Job Summary
Manage full lifecycle residential, commercial, and institutional construction projects from initiation to final delivery, balancing on-site and office supervision 50/50. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and leadership to pilot projects with rigor, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control. Participate in estimations, monitor subcontractor performance, and maintain clear client communication while anticipating risks and aligning project scope. Collaborate on weekly meetings with other project managers and directors to drive progress.
Required Qualifications
- Une expérience pertinente en gestion de projets de construction
- Une formation en génie civil, architecture, estimation ou tout autre domaine connexe, DEC ou BAC
- Un bon leadership naturel
- Une capacité à mobiliser les gens autour des projets
- Une bonne autonomie
- De la rigueur
- Un excellent sens de l'organisation
- Une aisance avec les outils de gestion de projets
- La capacité de jongler avec plusieurs mandats en même temps
