Job Summary
Manage client journeys from initial reception through post-service, serving as the primary point of contact for audiometry appointments and database management. Align customer needs with center goals while handling inventory, compliance tasks, and merchandising to ensure exceptional service delivery. Coordinate audioprosthetist schedules and maintain high stock levels to support center objectives. Requires prior face-to-face customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computer systems. Full training provided. Located in Neuville.
