Job Summary
Conduct inbound calls to welcome, listen, and understand prospect needs while qualifying leads based on budget, project scope, and timeline. Sain information into the CRM and identify high-potential opportunities for Business Developers. Plan qualified appointments and ensure follow-up and reminders to maintain excellent client experience from the first contact. Requires Baccalaureate or B+2 degree in commerce, management, or customer relations with one year of experience in a call center or client relations role. Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory; English is an asset. Located in Montreal, this role supports our commercial development team.
Required Qualifications
- Bac à Bac+2 (commerce, gestion, relation client ou équivalent)
- Première expérience en centre d'appels ou relation client
- Très bon niveau de communication orale
- Sens de l'écoute et capacité à poser les bonnes questions
- À l'aise au téléphone avec un bon relationnel
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et réactif(ve)
- Maîtrise de l'arabe et du français
