Job Summary
Accompagner les clients dans la gestion de leur sinistre depuis la déclaration jusqu'à la clôture en respectant les règles techniques. Analyser les garanties et les conventions applicables, missionner les experts et déterminer les responsabilités. Procéder aux règlements et présenter les recours si nécessaire. Répondre aux questions relatives aux dossiers par téléphone, chat et mail. Encourager la découverte des nouveaux produits Leocare. Transformer chaque contact client en une expérience fluide et positive. This role supports a team handling 1,200 messages daily with a 97% client recommendation rate. Based in Rennes with hybrid remote work (2 days/week), the position offers a salary between 29,500 € and 32,000 € brut, plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of customer relationship experience
- Ability to write without spelling errors
- Preference for digital tools and speed in clicking (indicated as a strong plus, treated as required for the 'digital' trait in this context)
- Ability to accompany clients in claims management from declaration to closure
- Ability to analyze guarantees and applicable conventions
- Ability to assign experts and determine responsibilities
- Ability to process payments and present claims if necessary
- Ability to answer client questions regarding their file across phone, chat, and email channels
- Ability to encourage discovery of new Leocare products
- Ability to act as a trusted person for clients in case of issues
- Hybrid remote work availability (2 days/week)
