Job Summary
Design industrial products, environments, and systems by applying art and science to enhance functionality, aesthetics, usability, and ergonomics. Execute standard technical tasks that improve marketability and manufacturability while resolving issues requiring good technical judgment within established procedures. Support specialized technical fields and consult senior members for decisions outside defined parameters. Lead junior teams where applicable and serve as the customer interface for technical explanations. Requires basic engineering or industrial design experience comparable to a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to document and execute programs.
Required Qualifications
- basic experience in the Engineering/Technology & Industrial Design
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- high school diploma with relevant experience
- high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
