Job Summary
Design and develop electrical systems by defining physical configurations that convert mechanical inputs into energized electricity. Address apparatus and system integration for main generators, power electronics, switchgear, transformers, and bus bars. Execute standard operational tasks with latitude to rearrange sequences based on changing work situations. Resolve issues requiring technical judgment within established procedures and consult senior members for parameters outside defined instructions. Lead junior teams where applicable and explain technical information to customers. Apply basic understanding of business drivers to accomplish work while broadening knowledge of the technical discipline.
Required Qualifications
- basic experience in the Engineering/Technology & Electrical Component
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- a high school diploma with relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
