Chargé(e) d'Affaires en Prévention Incendie H/F

Conduct fire safety audits and risk analyses for establishments and tertiary buildings, identifying regulatory gaps in construction, compartmentation, and emergency systems. Draft safety notices, accessibility reports, and evacuation exercise documentation while advising clients on corrective measures under current French regulations. Serve as the externalized Unique Security Responsibility (RUS) for client sites, coordinating with safety commissions and SDIS to manage observations and validate work authorization dossiers. Manage the full lifecycle of fire prevention compliance, from initial risk assessment to final regulatory clearance, acting as the sole point of contact for authorities. Requires Bac to Bac+5 in fire safety or equivalent experience, with mastery of ERP and tertiary building codes.
