Chargé de recrutement H/F

Receive client orders and understand their needs, then draft and post job announcements across various jobboards. Conduct sourcing when necessary and prequalify candidates via phone. Schedule interviews to assess aptitudes and motivations, then search our back-office for suitable temporary workers. Select the best candidate for each client need and act as the primary interface between clients and temporary staff. This role is a full-time contract with a 39-hour weekly schedule and includes a variable monthly bonus based on objective attainment.
