Receive client orders and analyze requirements, then draft and post job advertisements across various jobboards. Conduct sourcing when necessary and pre-qualify candidates via phone calls. Schedule interviews with candidates to assess their skills and motivations, while searching our internal database for suitable temporary workers. Select the best fit for each client need and act as the primary liaison between clients and temporary staff. This role operates on a 39-hour weekly schedule with a variable monthly bonus based on objective attainment.
