Receive client orders and assess needs, then draft and post job advertisements across various job boards. Conduct sourcing when necessary and pre-qualify candidates via phone. Schedule interviews to evaluate aptitudes and motivations, then search the internal back-office for matching temporary workers. Select the best candidate for the client's requirement and serve as the primary interface between clients and temporary staff. This 35-hour weekly alternating role splits time between the company and training (3 weeks on-site/1 week training or 4 days on-site/1 day training).
