Job Summary
Planify, organize, and coordinate construction and maintenance projects, including complex production processes, while tracking costs and schedules. Prepare detailed designs, calculations, drawings, and estimates; draft tender documents, analyze bids, and make recommendations. Oversee site construction regarding budget, payments, and quality compliance, managing contractual changes and new system implementations. Ensure all legal documents and permits are obtained, coordinate contractors, and provide training on industrial production procedures. Update conceptual and general facility plans while supervising essential factory operations during annual closures. Requires a DEC in civil or building engineering technology, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and fluent French with functional English.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en technique de génie civil ou mécanique du bâtiment
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Bien connaître le français
- Pouvoir tenir une conversation en anglais en vue de participer à des échanges de propos dans un contexte de travail
- Pouvoir lire toute documentation technique pertinente à l'emploi
