Manage complete metal fabrication projects including planning, tracking, and control. Coordinate activities with the shop floor based on production capabilities and constraints. Read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering plans and drawings, then collaborate with drafters to approve shop drawings. Use SolidWorks for modeling, adjustments, and technical validation. Track project costs to ensure profitability. Manage purchasing, suppliers, and equipment logistics. Develop and monitor inspection and test plans. Maintain constant communication with clients and respond to project changes. This permanent full-time role involves a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with remote work options.
