Job Summary
Conduct project management for senior business affairs clients by ensuring understanding of objectives and deadlines, identifying resource needs, and contributing to organizational project manuals and strategic deliverables. Plan, direct, and control all project activities while coordinating change management initiatives and leading project steering committees. Validate MS-Project data, analyze performance indicators, and prepare executive presentations for project director committees. Consolidate meeting information into minutes, maintain project registers, and ensure adherence to cost and schedule constraints. Produce and validate quality on deliverables under responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of experience in the affairs domain
- Eight (8) years as an affairs project manager within project teams requiring the implementation of a multi-environment, multi-delivery, and multi-team change management plan
- Contribution to two (2) projects with at least 1,000 j-p each in the business sector, acting as an affairs project manager for a minimum of 150 j-p per project and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Contribution to two (2) information technology projects of at least 6,000 j-p each, coordinating project planning follow-up and performing activities related to project advancement, budget, resources, project registers, and change management for the affairs portion of the project, with a minimum of 200 j-p per project
- Two (2) years of experience in planning entry and follow-up using the MS-Project tool
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience with a development methodology such as Macroscope, P+, Green Guide, DID, GPS, or other equivalent
- A degree in project management or a PMI certification
