Job Summary
Prepare all logistical data for CORAIL production cutover, covering purchases, quality, packaging, and distribution. Maintain permanent contact with the factory and partner directions to retrieve missing data, manage blockers, and lead meetings. Simplify and converge Excel and Access tools used during the migration, including developing scripts, writing user guides, and managing tool lifecycle. Identify and anticipate development needs for these tools. This role supports the deployment of the CORAIL system across Opel and PSA manufacturing sites, replacing legacy solutions like HERMES and MAESTRO. The position requires a Bac+5 degree, 1-3 years of experience, and advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA) and Access.
Required Qualifications
- Bac +5
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Autonomous and in-depth use of Excel (including VBA)
- Autonomy in the use of Access
- Ability to lead meetings
- Writing capabilities
- Relational ease (follow-ups with partners)
- Initiative taking
- General knowledge of Automotive Supply Chain principles
- Practical English skills (autonomous)
