Job Summary
Organize technician interventions in advance, make outbound calls to schedule client appointments, and secure logistics including access codes, documents, and materials. Input data into the planning tool and ensure daily optimization of scheduling rates for upcoming days. Report to Linda Benakli, Director of Customer Relations Centre. Requires Bac minimum (Bac pro secretary type) with experience in call centers or customer relations. Salary range 27,000€–28,000€ plus participation bonus and interest sharing.
