Job Summary
Organize technician tours in advance, conduct outbound calls to schedule client appointments, and secure logistics including transport, access codes, documents, and equipment. Input scheduling elements into the planning tool and verify daily that planning rates remain optimized for upcoming days. Ensure daily planning efficiency for the next few days. You will report to Jennifer, the director of the customer relations center. This role supports production activities through optimized planning management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bac pro secrétariat
- At least 3 years of professional experience at similar functions
- Ideally acquired experience within a call center or customer relations center
- Excellent relational skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Strong taste for challenges
