Job Summary
Organize retail stores while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to the NOZ commercial concept. Apply legal obligations, internal procedures, and safety rules to protect personnel and assets. Accompany store managers on their onboarding and lead teams in implementing action plans through audits. Maintain store performance by training staff according to NOZ'ACTES values and reporting observations to regional coordinators. Travel weekly across Occitanie, Auvergne Rhône Alpes, and PACA regions. This role supports the economic development of franchise partners within the circular economy model.
Required Qualifications
