Analyze and rationalize the current fan portfolio to reduce reference counts and propose standardized solutions. Evaluate thermal, acoustic, and aerodynamic performance of fans while piloting their mechanical integration into heat exchanger products. Define, organize, and execute thermal, acoustic, and durability tests. Participate in supplier qualification and monitoring while collaborating closely with R&D, Purchasing, and Quality teams. Structure and standardize fan solutions across gas coolers, condensers, evaporators, and condensation groups to improve performance, optimize costs, and strengthen supply chain robustness. This junior engineering role supports Refrigeration Solutions France's global expansion within the Haier group.
