Ensure high customer satisfaction by aligning client needs with center goals while driving new commercial opportunities. Oversee center administration including stock management, compliance tasks, and merchandising, while coordinating audiologists' schedules to support shared objectives. Maintain accurate client data entry and foster strong, empathetic relationships to build trust. Full training provided for entry-level candidates.
