Qualify client needs, develop commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts to drive MICE sales performance. Manage follow-ups to maximize conversion rates while organizing events in coordination with operational teams. Represent the hotel on-site during events to ensure client satisfaction and guarantee seamless information flow to billing. Maintain personalized follow-up to retain client portfolios and identify new revenue opportunities. Collaborate across sites with the Mercure team to mutualize expertise and contribute to overall group performance.
