CHARGÉ D'AFFAIRES STRUCTURE F/H

Assume master responsibility for one or more projects in your specialty, ensuring adherence to technical, cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Lead technical studies and design follow-up for structures (concrete, metal, wood) through all phases, including DIAG, RT, STD, and construction documentation (APS, APD, PRO, DCE, ACT). Manage cost estimation, tender analysis, and budget control for operational budgets while supervising drafters on principle plans and regulatory calculations. Conduct site inspections during execution, verify study approvals for market compliance, and participate in design meetings with clients, architects, and contractors.
