Job Summary
Analyze field requirements to design or evolve business tools, including Power Apps, mobile data entry systems, and automation workflows using Power Automate or N8N. Create tool mockups for developers, conduct on-site testing of delivered products, and develop video training materials. Manage the agency network by gathering field needs and leading meetings with IT teams to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role supports SOCOTEC's vision of building a safer, more inclusive future across construction, infrastructure, and industry sectors. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, synthesis abilities, and an aptitude for digital tools, with expertise in IT or Health, Safety, and Environment fields preferred.
