Chargé d'affaire Travaux F/H

Manage the sector follow-up for heating plant and substation works, including auditing heating systems for optimization and drafting technical specifications for skids, regulation, and networks. Conduct supplier and subcontractor consultations, manage procurement, and serve as the primary contact for clients and partners. Oversee site construction, ensure safety compliance, and track schedules and financial commitments. Participate in DOE implementation. This role requires minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC works projects and involves travel in the Orne and Manche departments.
